The study conducted at Prof. Shulamit Levenberg laboratory at the Technion, Haifa in collaboration with Prof. Danny Offen from Tel Aviv University presented intranasal administrations of MSC derived exosomes loaded with PTEN-siRNA (ExoPTEN), which targeted spinal cord lesions in rats with complete SCI and enabled significant functional recovery.
