What Your Job Will Be:
As the Senior Bio-process Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the robustness and high yield final configuration manufacturing of our CMC production process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and hands-on executing upstream and downstream processes for optimal flow, and robustness
- Ensuring that process techniques are in alignment with the corporate goals, quality policy, and regulatory requirements
- Research and recommend new technologies
- Identifying and troubleshooting process-related issues
- Executing IPCs and characterization assays for the product
- Designing and executing of experiments, drafting protocols and reports, recording, analyzing, and presenting experimental data
- Transferring technologies and methods to the manufacturing site
- Scale up to GMP clean room facility, including SOP’s and Batch records writing
Qualifications:
- Sc./PhD in Biology, Biochemistry or in Biotechnology or Biochemical/Biomedical Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years of experience preferably in the cell and gene -therapy/biotechnology industry-must
- Experience with bioreactors –must
- Experience with aseptic and tissue culture technics – must
- Experience in separation and purification techniques of nanoparticles – advantage
- Experience with extracellular vesicles or nanoparticles for drug delivery – advantage
- Experience in project management- advantage
- Familiar with GMP compliance environment
Personal skills
- Independent, hard worker, with technical skills, capable of performing on a tight schedule
- Ability to design and lead multidisciplinary development plan
- A strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
