Exo-Top was established to allow NurExone to control a critical foundation in the exosome field – reliable, scalable supply of natural MSC-derived naïve exosomes.
The company is built around a proprietary Master Cell Bank and the implementation of a U.S.-based manufacturing strategy designed to support batch-to-batch consistency, scalable exosome production, and GMP-based clinical and commercial supply.
This foundation may support two value pathways:
- Starting material for NurExone’s therapeutic pipeline, where exosomes can be loaded with defined therapeutic cargo to create exosome-based nanodrugs and
- Standalone naïve exosome products for regenerative aesthetics and other non-drug markets.
Commercial sales are targeted to begin in 2027 through a robust distribution network.
