Igor Paz holds M.Sc. in Biotechnology and Food engineering. Igor has a strong background in the development of scalable production process of active peptide ingredients (API), working as R&D engineer in Novetide (now Teva pharmaceuticals). In his M.Sc. he performed structure activity relationship (SAR) studies of antibacterial peptidomimetics in Prof. Amram Mor laboratory, including in in-vitro work with human and bacterial cells and in-vivo murine sepsis models.
Igor is highly experienced with primary hematopoietic and mesenchymal cell-cultures, from isolation to characterization of phenotypes and metabolic activities using biochemical methods, working on project in hematology laboratory in clinical research institute of Rambam and research scientist in Minovia Therapeutics.
